Just as food and drinks are essential for you to survive daily, your kitchen would also need numerous things for it to be completely functional. If you want a convenient and relaxed time in your new apartment you should see to it that you have everything you need in the kitchen.

For instance, aside from the oven and the stove you would need a frying pan, a sauté pan, a roasting pan and a sauce pan. Now if you are going to do some serious cooking you would need a couple more of kitchen tools like measuring cups and spoons, mixing bowls, cutting boards, a meat thermometer, rubber spatulas, a potato peeler, a flipper, salad tongs, a can opener, oven mitts and a colander. Having a tea kettle and an ice cream scooper would also be nice.

Of course, you would also need some eating utensils like spoons, forks and knives, dinner plates, bowls and some glasses. A knife set would also come in handy in the kitchen. Coffee cups and wine glasses are also an essential in most households.

Then after eating you would have to clean up and keep leftovers. That is why you need Ziploc bags, aluminum foil, garbage bags, a saran wrap, sponges, all-purpose cleaners, dish detergent, and toilet papers and paper towels.

If your kitchen has everything you need, you won't have to go out when you need something. You can conveniently fix yourself something to eat and get a drink at any time of day or night.
